Siphesihle Yokwe spent 12 years at Collegiate Girls’ Schools in Port Elizabeth — from junior school through high school — a journey that shaped her discipline, confidence, and creativity early on. After matric, she moved to Johannesburg to study at AFDA, where she earned her BA in Motion Picture and developed a strong visual eye through Film and Television.
Her interest in marketing began during her Producing discipline, which included brand development and marketing. What started as a single module quickly became a passion that reshaped the direction of her career.
Siphesihle is largely self-taught in design, social media, digital strategy, and content creation. From 2021 to 2024, she spent four years building her skills from the ground up — experimenting, learning, and refining her understanding of how digital marketing works in practice.
Today, she shares her insights, experiences, and observations through Mvelo Mediahouse, a platform where she documents her journey in marketing, breaks down campaigns, and explores the evolving world of digital strategy and online culture.
